Michael E. Agostinelli

CO-FOUNDER, PRESIDENT and CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Born and raised in Canada, Michael moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, in 1979.  After graduating high school, he enlisted in the US Army, serving for more than 16 years.  While living in Germany for over 7 1/2 years, he played hockey for both the Army/Air Force and in the German Bundesliga.  Michael is a combat veteran, having fought in Desert Shield and Desert Storm in 1990 and 1991.

 

 

After leaving the Army, he used his leadership, organizing, and operational experience to become Chief Operating Officer and later Chief Executive Officer of two national finance companies. His achievements both in military and civilian life include earning the Southwest Asia Service ribbon, Army Accommodation Medal (ARCOM), eight Army Achievement Medals  (AAM), four Good Conduct Medals, and the distinction of having the finance company named to the Inc 500 list (500 fastest growing privately owned companies) in 2001 while serving as its Chief Operating Officer.

In 2015, Michael joined Hardeman Realtime Inc. as its President. In 2016, he and Gayl Hardeman co-founded the Hardeman School of Court Reporting and Captioning, where he serves as its President and Chief Operating Officer.
